Which courses do you offer adults?
French courses at A2, B1 and B2 level, office software courses (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and tailored training for institutions and companies. In groups or one-to-one, in person or online, with digital apps to practise between sessions.
What does a small business gain from training apprentices?
Passing on its know-how, fresh energy and ideas, and employees trained in its own methods who often stay on after their CFC. It is also a way to prepare the next generation and strengthen its reputation in the region.
Can I train an apprentice without an HR department?
Yes. What matters is your commitment to quality on-the-job training. I guide you through recruiting, the paperwork and follow-up throughout the apprenticeship.
How big does a company need to be to take on an apprentice?
There is no ideal size. A micro-business offers a 360° view of the job, an SME a good balance between specialisation and versatility, a large company structured programmes. What matters is available supervision and a stimulating environment.
What do I actually gain by outsourcing follow-up?
Time for your core business, regulatory compliance, documents that are always up to date and a specialist contact who quickly resolves tricky situations.
Which tools do you use?
I use the sector platforms such as Time2Learn or Konvink, which centralise information and automate part of the follow-up. I stay in regular contact with the vocational school and the inter-company courses.
