Privacy
This site complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It collects as little data as possible and never sells or shares any for advertising.
Contact form
The details you send (name, email, phone, message…) reach contact@crealution.ch by email and are only used to reply and prepare a quote. A copy of the request is kept in the site’s private statistics. They are deleted on request. Files attached to the quote questionnaire (logo, photos, documents) are kept in a private folder, only to carry out your project, and deleted with your request.
Visit statistics
The site uses its own audience measurement, with no Google Analytics and no advertising. It records pages viewed, buttons clicked, language, device type, the referring site, and the country and city derived from your IP address. The IP address is only used for that lookup and is never stored. A visitor is recognised for one day by an anonymous fingerprint that changes daily.
If you open a personal link I sent you (crealution.ch/v/…), a small “crea_c” cookie links your visits to that link for six months, and I receive a notification (device, city, time) through the Telegram messaging app. You can delete this cookie at any time in your browser.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google, USA), which means your IP address is sent to Google. Links to other sites (social networks, client sites) send nothing until you click them.
Your rights
You can ask at any time which data about you is stored, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to contact@crealution.ch.
Content and links
The texts, visuals and code of this site belong to Créalution; screenshots of client work are shown with the clients’ consent. Information is provided with care but without guarantee. Créalution is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here.
